A Re-optimization approach for the Dynamic Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem for Flash Flood Victim's Relief Operations

Abstract : The purpose of this work is to solve the Dynamic vehicle Routing Problem applied to Victim relief operations for flash floods. This work compare the performances of different heruistics thanks to an evaluation through a simulator.
