Power Supply Noise Sensor Based on Timing Uncertainty Measurements

Abstract : In this work, we present a new power supply noise sensor based on timing uncertainty measurements. The proposed sensor can detect power supply noise events in a more accurate way compared to the state of the art solutions. Experimental results validated the efficiency of the proposed approach.
