MTCube project: COTS memory SEE ground-test results and in-orbit error rate prediction

Abstract

In this paper, the advancements related to the MTCube 1U CubeSat project are presented. The objectives of MTCube are:
-to assess the in-orbit radiation sensitivity of various state-of-the-art memory devices;
-to compare ground-level Radiation Test results with in-flight radiation data;
-to develop and provide a technology test bed for novel memory devices.
